PRAM PASTE – PG-211
PG-211 which is used to remove weld burn and annealing colour. Application is with pickling brushes. Apply Pram gel on the weld seams and surrounding area with nylon plastic brush. Leave the Pram gel on the weld seams area for 20-45 min depending upon the thickness.
PRAM SPRAY - PS-111
PS - 111 is used to clean large fabricated equipments of stainless steel equipment vessels, agitators, dryers, dairy machinery and internal and external of pipes with the help of pump or pressurized plastic spray bottle. It also removes weld burns and annealing colour. PS - 111 must be sprayed on the stainless steel surface using spray pump or pressurised plastic spray bottle. After spraying leave it for about 30-60 minutes.
PRAM DIP - PD-110
PD-110 is used for immersion application and stainless steel components like internal and external of pipes, wire rolls and internal recessed area of machinery. Just dip the object (stainless steel components)in the Pram dip tank. Leave them for 5-20 min depending on stainless steel type and internal condition of stainless steel parts and thickness of the scale.
Pram Passivation - PP - 104
PP - 104 must be used after the application of Pram gel, Pram spray or Pram dip as it is necessary to passivate stainless steel surface after picking. Passivation product help to form a thin passive film on stainless steel surface. There are 2 types of passivation products depending on the use at stainless steel pipelines/equipments / parts.
Stainless Steel passivation liquid form : This Passivation is used for general industrial Purpose stainless steel equipment and piping to be used in various industries such as paper, Chemical etc. Dip or spray in Pram 1or 2 solution and leave it for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinses thoroughly with water.
Biodegradable Passivation : This Passivation is a natural organic liquid chemical compound that is used for cleaning and passivating stainless steel equipments in food, dairy, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. This is environment friendly due to its biodegradable and non-toxic.
